Oh no — looks like your tot’s gear took a wrong turn on the way! If you’ve received something with a manufacturing hiccup or a missing part, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Just send us an email at hello@totsgarage.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a photo of the oopsie.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@totsgarage.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances. Where a return is required for a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will provide return instructions.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the defect prevents this.
